Pobedit CRM
An industry-specific B2B CRM connecting enquiries, deals, drawings and manufacturing order follow-up.
Sales and production workspace

Task and context
A custom part order connects a customer, a sales manager, engineering work and production. The system needs to retain more than a contact: correspondence, drawings, quotes and the next actions belong to the same order.
The solution
Sales with context
Leads, website enquiries and deals have stages, owners and tasks. Companies and contacts are linked to work records.
Drawings, estimates and documents
Product data, carbide grades, weight calculations and supplier quotes support proposals in DOCX or PDF.
A personal workspace
Custom widgets, role-based starter layouts and saved arrangements surface relevant tasks and metrics. Permissions determine data access.
Communication in context
Email, attachments, comments, notifications and call history connect to CRM records, keeping order history in the workspace.
How it works
- Dashboard
An employee signs in and sees the enquiries, tasks and metrics available to them.
- Qualification
They review a lead and its materials, then convert a suitable enquiry into a deal.
- Preparation
They refine line items, drawings and supplier quotes, then prepare and approve a proposal or invoice.
- Follow-up
The deal moves through order stages with communication, documents and actions kept together.
How the parts connect
The corporate website sends enquiries to the CRM. The team then works with customer details, technical materials and tasks as parts of the same process.
Pobedit Trading House →The outcome
The deployed application connects enquiries, deals, documents and communication. Personal dashboards reflect employee roles. Manufacturing views organise deals by stage to support order follow-up.
Under the hood
- React + TypeScript
- The interface and static code checks. Each employee can save a personal dashboard layout.
- Fastify + PostgreSQL
- A modular server and relational data model. Transactions keep changes and their history together.
- Private file storage
- Metadata links documents to CRM records; files are stored separately and served through authorised routes.
- Integrations and notifications
- Email, calls and advertising data connect to work records. The notification centre tracks recipients; Web Push depends on device support and permissions.
Scope and limits
This is an order-follow-up CRM, not a full MES or warehouse management system. Capacity planning, raw materials and inventory reservations are outside this scope. The working CRM requires authentication; there is no public demo yet.
