Telegram parser & poster
Collect new Telegram posts, edit drafts and publish to a channel in one workflow.
Telegram publishing automation

Task and context
Running a channel involves finding material, moving text and media, reviewing it and choosing when to publish. The bot collects new posts from sources and gives the owner tools to prepare them.
The solution
Collect drafts
The collector receives new posts only. An album becomes one draft, checked for completeness before confirmation.
Review before publishing
Edit formatted text, replace a photo, preview the result or reject it. Confirmation applies to a specific draft version.
Schedule
The owner selects a date and time and confirms the post. Inbox, scheduled and published posts are available from the bot panel.
Mini App
A compact interface inside Telegram provides lists, an archive and post/date selection. Precise previews and editing continue in the chat.
Invite links
Observed events allow comparisons of joins, departures and retention. This tracks subscription events, not clicks or the complete audience history.
How it works
- Source
The collector receives a new post from a connected channel.
- Review
The owner checks the material and edits text or media.
- Publish
The confirmed post goes out immediately or at its scheduled time.
How the parts connect
Telethon receives posts from sources accessible to the account, aiogram handles owner actions and PostgreSQL stores drafts and schedules. The Mini App uses the same data and operations through an API, with Telegram and owner authentication.
The outcome
Material moves from source to publication through a draft and confirmation. Telegram handles text, formatting and attachments, and the owner can manage the workflow from a phone.
Under the hood
- Telethon + aiogram
- The collector account reads sources; the bot provides controls and publication. Each has a distinct role.
- Native Telegram copying
- Supported material retains formatting and attachments without downloading the entire media library to the server.
- Draft versions
- Editing clears prior approval. Transactions connect confirmation to the current draft state.
- Careful failure handling
- An uncertain send requires a manual channel check. Overdue posts are not automatically sent after a long delay.
Scope and limits
The tool serves one owner. It does not write news with AI or fact-check content. A restart does not import the history missed during downtime. The Mini App requires owner authentication; there is no public demo yet.
